I’m so glad you’re here! As a Pelvic Health Expert, Movement Specialist and Integrative Nutrition Coach, I help women who are feeling unheard, stressed-out and hopeless by empowering them with the health resources they need to take back control of their bodies and lives. And it all starts with my signature RELIEF method.
Prior to working with women on prehabing and restoring pelvic function, I spent 8 years in the fitness industry while pursuing my education in Fitness and Health Promotion + my Kinesiology Degree. I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to work with hundreds of athletes, kids, older populations, and perinatal women.
My own IBS story, though, is what got me hooked on pelvic health! I felt like I was pregnant 24/7 and had all the aches and pains that went with it. I knew that was no way to live and found my way to integrative health, to make sure I was healthy enough for me and any future littles!
It’s the combination of my own health journey, my interest in the mind-body connection, and my genuine passion for people that gives me a unique understanding of the inner workings of women’s health.
Today, I’m on mission to help women, like you, release the anxiety, pain, and frustration that surrounds integrative health. I know first-hand how lonely it can feel to walk this road solo, and I want you to know you are not alone!
